Cold Stone Creamery in Arvada

I have come to this store a couple times in the past year. I have always loved how welcoming and helpful the staff has been every time I come in. I recently came in wanting to use Apple Pay and forgot to bring my debit card with me. I don’t know the name of the staff member, but he paid it for me. It made my bad day turn into a good day. I’m always going to remember that and I will consider this location my main ColdStone. Love this store!

My faith in this location has been restored ***** I placed an order through the Cold Stone App.I ordered a French Vanilla “Ours” with Pineapple and Strawberry Mix-Ins. I picked up the order and everything seemed fine. When I arrived home, I felt something rattling in the ice cream carton . It was the smaller size “Mine” with a little extra on top and it only had the pineapple Mix-in. I called the location they didn’t believe me. I took a picture as proof. They told me to come back and bring my receipt. When I arrived they quickly handed me an “Everybody’s” size . I tried to show them what I got. No one was interested. I have never been disappointed in cold stone creamery in my life but today these guys tried to pull a fast one. While I still ate it all they put the small size in the medium size cup. Not earth shattering but I did believe the people at cold stone had better ethics then that. Sometimes ice cream is all you have to look forward to, my faith in humanity is crushed.
