If there was a 0 star button it would be given to this specific cold stone creamery. I love cold stone and so does my wife. We've given cold stone our business no matter was state or city we are in. We've settled down in Houston and there seems to be only one in the general area so we drive 20+ miles just to get some ice cream. Today I got off from my shift at the hospital as a nurse, and I decided to get a tub of birthday cake ice cream with my wife's favorite mix-ins. Unfortunately there was a crazy storm and the power went out while I was there. They had already made my ice cream and the manager/owner came out and told the customers to stay inside and everyone had to pay in cash. Unfortunately no one had cash , so she demanded every single person to leave there ice cream or leave it with a loved one inside and to go find an ATM. Mind you there is a crazy storm with torrential flooding....I felt disrespected and for a place of business that thrives on customer service they were doing a terrible job of it...
