Cold Stone Creamery in Rio Rancho

Visiting New Mexico from out of state and came into this Cold Stone with my 5 year old niece and 6 year old nephew. The girl working didn't say hello, she just yelled out "excuse me, do you have a mask?" We don't wear mask. I said no we don't do you have one. She said "no sorry. If you don't have a mask you can't be here!"I think it's AMAZING that your business is making sooo much money that you discriminate against against ur company. If you're going to be a sheep you will NOT have our business. Shame on you!

It was super hot in the store and the ice cream was melting even on the marble. The guy who made my love it size barely filled the cup up to the edge and threw the rest of my ice cream away. He also did not chop up the banana but left it whole. I commented on it to Kayla who rang us up and she said that she "domes" hers so i was getting the same amount. I paid $7 for basically one scoop of ice cream. I normally love Coldstone but this store needs an attitude adjustment.

My daughter & I buy the "OURS" every single night for the past two months, we spend roughly $675.00 a month, I know shocking!! We're still waiting for our own parking space with our names on it, Lol But with all kidding aside, there have times when our Ice cream doesn't come out right, unless the manager Kytzia makes them, then it's just the way we love it!! Kytzia is one of the best managers, I have dealt with in the food industry, hands down! If something is not to our satisfaction, she takes the time to listen & she does whatever it takes to fix it, which is "priceless" for me! She's pro-active with her staff, by teaching them what to do & not to do, or trains them if they make any mistakes! Kytzia not only takes pride in her store & her staff, but with their customers as well! My mother-in-law use to make homemade made banana ice cream, and cold stone is the closest to it! I highly recommend Cold Stone Creamery in Rio Rancho! We love their ice cream and we enjoy Kytzia!!
