The three "staffers" on October 7 at 7:30 pm were horrible. They were yapping among themselves while patrons were waiting for them to take their order. Another Patron came in to pay pay for the pre made ice cream cupcakes and they just continued to tap among themselves. I had to yell over the counter to tell them they had a customer waiting. However they were hot to trot whenever an Uber eats driver came in. What's up with that??) They paid no attention to the few in-person customers they had.

On Wednesday night, there was a worker with blonde hair. She was very nice and greeted everyone that walked in. Amazing customer service, will be coming back to this location.

Ice cream was great cause Cold Stone ice cream is always great, but the customer service was very meh. I ordered my ice cream, the person bagged it up and we were about ready to proceed with the transaction when another employee took over the register to check out the customer behind me. Very rude. Literally had my card out to pay when this happened. I get it, you only have one register, but there's still a thing called common courtesy.
