I'm going to assume it was an oversight. I got bad attention this day in this business. Improve that customer service. I felt ignored in line as I watched as other people who came after me if they took the order. Totally depressing.

This was a major disappointment! My husband ordered a double scoop of strawberry and chocolate at the Cold Stone Creamery and ended throwing it out-- why waste calories on really poor tasting ice cream?? Strawberry tasted fake and chocolate was meh. I bought 2 dark chocolate almond clusters remembering-how yummy they were at Rocky Mountain Chocolates back in the day when I lived in Park City, UT . These were beyond awful! It had a really off flavor, not sure if they were old and stale or what, but when a simple chocolate almond cluster is inedible that's not a good sign. I will definitely not be going back!
