Carly is quite simply and amazingly attentive and personable bar tender and server. She has a great memory too! After having been to Colina de Oro only once before, Carly knew what I was getting to drink. She also knew my business partner’s drink order. The drinks are perfectly mixed.Both meals I’ve had were excellent tasting. Great portion sizes. The nachos grande are a friggin meal in and of themselves honestly. The fajatias were full of flavor. The veggies in the fajatias were perfectly cooked and retained the crispness I look for in a dish of this nature.The other staff and managers I have encountered were all very very helpful and professional. A couple of times I asked a question about a dish or about ingredients the the initial point of contact was uncertain of the answer; there was zero hesitation to find a staff member who was able to answer it!

Definitely need to remodel restrooms. Women's had a terrible lock on the door. Very tiny and only 1 toilet. No paper towels or seat covers. Yuck! Food was pretty good tho.
