Very disappointed. Bad service, and not because understaffed, there were plenty of servers, poorly managed. One sandwich was was never brought until we had to reorder it, and then it wasn't brought for a long time despite the server seeing everyone else was almost done at the time. When it came the turkey panini was nothing more than a hard roll and one slice store bought turkey. Terrible.

This place has fallen off...HARD. We have been patrons of this location for many years, but sadly, I can longer support whatever management is (or isn't) doing. We've heard and seen management scream and bully their employees (in the middle of the restaurant ), we've had orders completely forgotten, orders upon orders show up incorrect, and to-go order...

I went to the Collina's Italian Cafe location off of Katy Freeway and had a terrible experience. The service was bad and the pizza we had was even worse. Our waiter was rude and because of that we asked for a different one - the transition took so long and it ended up being more than thirty minutes before another server came. I was very upset as I just wanted to have a decent dine-in experience and this was not that. No one from management has answered calls and it's almost impossible to provide feedback. I recommend you take your money elsewhere.
