Good atmosphere, tranquility, and a good selection of northern California wine. Mike was very attentive and cordial. I recommend this place!

A very friendly and inviting wine bar. The selection here is quite good, with a lot of California wines on the menu (as you'd expect). Overall this is kind of a hidden gem since at least from the times I've walked by, there doesn't seem to be a wait. The location is interesting: in the sort of trendy downtown Anaheim area on the ground level of the apartment complex here. It doesn't really face the main streets here, so it may be tough to find if you aren't looking for it. Overall, the servers were very friendly, offering good recommendations. I sometimes get carried away asking questions about wine, and one of the servers was knowledgeable and also honest when she didn't know the answers to some of my queries. The bites here are quite good. We got the pate and the cheese plate and both were quite tasty and paired well with the wines. The ambiance was also very nice and intimate. Prices are sort of what you would expect.

Colony wine merchant is really awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. They hold great events like dinners and wine tasting. Excellent charcuterie options. All family owned. A must do!
