Fantastic customer service! They made a mistake and immediately owned up to it, asked if we wanted some free shakes while we waited and brought our food out to us and were super friendly. The food was also better than the other cook outs in the area (they weren't super skimpy with the Cajun on the fries like other locations either).Everyone makes mistakes but how they handle it is really what matters.
