Have always liked the food, but don't spend money on the milkshakes! They don't have any taste. It was just flat. And it wasn't just me , my friend got one and she said the same thing. Ordered the food but forget the milkshake.

Went through drive thru today,as we were ordering the girl on the speaker would but in and ask what kind of drinks, what we wanted on the burger and we would be telling her. I do not know if they have a delayed response from us. When we have completed the order drive to the pickup window. We are short one drink. By this time my husband was VERY LIVID. To top this off, we park to eat and we are short two fries. He goes to the drive thru window and tells the girl. She in turn hands him a bag he heads back to the car to realize he only has one fry. OMGoodness, I stuck my head out of the window and told him to forget it and let's just eat what we have. He said I paid for it. I told him to just get in the car and we will NEVER COME BACK TO COOK OUT IN ALBEMARLE!!! Definitely we spread the word.
