After my original review the company contacted me to make things right. They apologized for not sending the cookies when promised and they refunded my money. They explained the issues they are having with their email and Ron worked hard to keep me informed about what was happening with my order. I appreciate Ron and Cookie Confidant for correcting things and I hope that they will have a more reliable way to contact them so future customers will not have any issues. Great job on being business like Cookie Confidant....

How about when I talked about cookie Confidant delay my order they took it upon them to cancel my order. because of the view I left now you tell me how Petty is that. This black owned business lacks leadership and understanding from its customers. I am the first one to support black-owned businesses but when you Blakely don't care about the about the customer I will call you out. I really think this business need to stick to locally.
