This is my second time going to Cooper's Hawk. Tonight my boyfriend and I were celebrating my 22nd birthday and we could not have had a better experience. To start, we had an absolutely INCREDIBLE waiter, Louis, of which I could not recommend more and whom we will be asking for each time we return. Before this evening, we had been considering the wine membership, and tonight, they sold it to us. The deal is amazing, and with it being my birthday, we were given an immediate $15 discount, and the chef also threw in a free dessert. The food is always incredible, the wine is the best wine I have ever had, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is great. Fastly becoming my favorite restaurant and I look forward to turning into a regular.

Want to share my experience at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in WaterFord Lakes. There were 7 in my group on Mother's Day (5/12/2019) the restaurant was packed, the service and food was excellent, the waiter was very attentive and this was great. Fast forward to today 5/17/19. My husband and I decided to go and have lunch to celebrate our 31st anniversary. Now there were not many customers, nothing compared to Mothers Day, there were many unoccupied tables. We waited a little for a waiter to come, ordered our drinks. It took sometime for the drinks to come. Ordered our food and the presentation was not good and took forever to come. I ordered skirt steak wedge salad, it was very, very, spicy and it  burnt my bottom lip. My husband's Flatbread was not tasty at all. We asked the waiter for a refill on our drink, he said okay and continued to clean and set up tables, only when he finished did he go and refill our drinks. We did speak to the manager, I felt like he heard up but wasn't really listeni...
