Copa did an incredible job catering the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Hispanic Chamber’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebration! I had not been yet, but once I tasted their pállela and patatas bravas at the event, we ended up stopping in for dinner. Their small plates were delicious and the chorizo and manchego flatbread and specialty G&T was the perfect way to end the evening. The ambiance inside was fun and spacious and the staff was quick, attentive, and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back with friends for some after work bites!!

Went there on a friday around 6:45pm, it was empty. For good reason we found out. First off it took awhile to even get greeted. Right off the bat we ordered drinks and food. The food came out before the drinks which felt like they took awhile. We had to ask for silverware which never came.
