the only reason for the 4/5 stars was because i didn't dine in. other than that this place serves the best pork chops i have ever had- not dry at all and so juicy. along with a delicious desert of sweet potatoes with in-house made marshmallows. would definitely reccomend if you're feeling like trying something new and delicious

Copine, one of my two tops restaurants in Seattle area, never ceases to impress. Shawn is the mastermind in the kitchen whipping up modern French cuisine, while Jill runs the restaurant with a sincere smile. The food there is want I called precision execution, top quality, and pure innovation. Expensive restaurants like Canlis is stuffy, dated, and mediocre at best, this one is a true gem. I hope one day the Michelin rating agency will come to Seattle and give this place some deserved stars.
