Copper rock has an amazing selection of coffees, teas, breakfast and lunch food! Skip the Panera Bread - come to Copper Rock for lunch! They offer delicious paninis, soups and chips. The speed of service is sometimes spotty, which is the only reason I give one star. There was only two other customers in there and a bagel and coffee took 20 minutes. This happened one other time when a tea took 20 minutes. It’s worth the wait though and doesn’t make me think twice about coming here. They have plenty of seating and support local art.

We love Copper Rock! Great atmosphere at both locations and the drive-thru at the northern Appleton location is super convenient.
