There's no better time...take advantage of Seattle's Restaurant Week at Copperleaf Restaurant and Bar. Executive Chef Adam Stevenson has created a fabulous array of dishes with precision and excellence! This is the hidden jewel of the local restaurant scene. It has everything; ambience, great drinks, and fabulous food. They even have a vegetarian dish called Chickpea Panisse that the most devoted carnivore would love! The staff is so friendly yet very professional. Spectacular! (For extra fun, spend the night at Cedarbrook Lodge...the restaurant is located on their property.) Outstanding!
