To be fair I've eaten here about 7 or 8 times and it's always been for breakfast. I always get a ham, egg and cheese on a plain squagle. Knock on wood, it's been delicious every time. I usually pair it with a bag of chips and a fountain drink(don't judge me lol). I can see the point of the other Yelpers when they talk about the lack of perky employees. This location definitely leaves something to be desired in that department. Let's be honest though, if you're looking for very upbeat and pleasant folks, the airport isn't really a good place to find them. Point taken on the cleanliness issue also. Definitely room to improve there as well. In the end though I have really enjoy the food every time(so far) that I have eaten here. So let's keep our fingers crossed that they keep delivering on the squagles haha Oh and the breakfast prices are very reasonable. Especially for an airport. In closing this spot is more like a 3 1/2 but I'm a generous person and always round up

Evening, dirty, but okay employees. Tomato basil soup very tasty, would get it again. Flatbread, cold and tasteless. Reminds me of a Mcdonalds of whatever kind of food this is supposed to be. This is the only place with something that my stomach thought looked good.

I fly out of DCA almost every other week and I had avoided Cosi because I remembered my first bad experience. I'm a believer of second chances though...and they did not make a better second impression. I was the only one...waited around for someone to greet me and then realized the lady at the register was hidden, sitting down behind the register talking on the phone. She took my order (Asian salmon salad) and rung me up. About 1 minute later lady in the back brings me a salad in a box. Now... I should've known when I asked if they could remove the sesame brittle and they replied that it was already made... Literally if i wanted a premade box of salad... I could've picked it up at one of the newspaper stores from their fridge. Good for how fast it was...but literally 3 employees were standing there doing nothing. I thought for some reason they might cook the salmon or at least warm it up? Also...here is the list of ingredients on the menu: Wild alaskan salmon, edamame, pineapple, carrots, scallions, cucumbers, red peppers, cilantro, mixed greens, sesame brittle, chili lime vinaigrette What mine was missing: edamame, pineapple, carrots, scallions, sesame brittle (well i guess i didn't want it anyway). And the salmon was choppy, cold and hard. They should've stated up front that these ingredients were missing. I really wanted edamame and pineapple and literally nothing in my salad made it 'Asian' No thank you. Never again.
