One star based solely on the fact 0 isn’t an option. Several truckers trying to get a meal at 8pm. Sign says closes at 10. Servers inside but just don’t want to stay open.

I'm a truck driver and I eat at least 2-3 meals a week at Country Pride or Iron Skillet restaurants at TA's and Petro's. I stopped at this restaurant in Albuquerque this afternoon and ordered a Ribeye steak. I ordered it "medium rare" and it came out extremely "well done". No big deal, they cooked me another one. The part of this that was concerning was how poor a quality of cut of meat the steak was. It looked like they cleaned out a Dollar General when they had ribeye steaks advertised for $1 each. I ate 2 bites and took the rest of it to go for my Boxer waiting patiently in the truck. Also the girl waiting on me had no business working as a server. I guess I should remember this is a truck stop but damn..my bill was $22. Crazy!
