Excellent ribeye steak and porterhouse steak. Margarita's not bad either. Service was awesome. There when it opened at 5 and no wait time. Dessert was homemade warm pecan pie and ice cream. Best pecan pie ever!!

The Cowboy Steakhouse is a Gem! Although they apologized upfront for being a little short staffed, you would have never known it. Our waiter David and the entire crew kept great food and conversation flowing in a perfectly timely manor and never appeared rushed. Toward the meals end, as things slowed, they were eager in sharing great other points of interest in the surrounding countryside. We’d highly recommend the Cowboy Steak House and look forward to dining again there on our next visit to this region.
