The owner, Nick, is awesome. On multiple occasions he has come by the table to personally ask about our experience and if we needed anything. People need to review this place for what it is; A family-owned restaurant and bar who gets their seafood fresh from the same family-owned fish market next door. This is not a michelin gourmet restaurant, nor is it a quiet, personal, romantic eatery. This is your local seafood house and bar. The place is meant to be lively, the live music is supposed to be loud, the bar busy and the environment buzzing. The beer and oyster specials for Astros games brings us, our friends and neighbors in where there is plenty of drinking and hollering. I've been to Crabby Daddy Seafood & Steak House a few times now. I've had a few different thing off the menu and I still haven't found anything that I didn't like. The crawfish during crawfish season is cooked and seasoned perfectly. I haven't had it outside of crawfish season, but they do have it just about year around. The crab legs are also cooked and seasoned perfectly. They have become quite expensive, but if you have a crab leg craving that you can't shake, its a good place to go to satisfy that craving. The stuffed mushrooms are wonderful. They are full of crab meat and cheese. YUMMMMM!! My boyfriend usually gets the red beans and rice, or the gumbo and he says that both are good. They also have a seafood shop right next door, so if you want to take some seafood home to cook for yourself... it's fresh!
