Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Wanted to make sure you see this. What terrible service and bad public relations. Your manager didn’t even seem to care. There were 6 of us that day. My dad was talking to the manager and all he got back was excuses. He didn’t own up to anything. He didn’t apologize. He didn’t even offer a discount at the very least. The server was very unprofessional too. No one from our table of 6 tipped her. We tip on the high end usually, especially for extraordinary service. The service we got wasn’t even mediocre. Sad you’ve come so far down on your standards.
