I answered Cracker Barrel’s response underneath. I went to customer care @crackerbarrel.com and told my story again. I have received absolutely no response nothing from their customer service! After posting this comment I got a coupon for a free dessert. Keep it! My girlfriend took me out for my birthday. We went to Cracker Barrel ordered coffee water and dinner. We got our coffee and water no spoons. And then we waited. After We are drinking a whole cup of coffee another weight staff came over and said sorry it’s taken so long and we asked for more coffee. Then after we had been sitting over an hour , And all the people around the side, after we had got served we said some thing to another girl not our waitress and she said she would check on her dinner and come back and let us know about it. She returned and told us there was no sign of our order. We asked for the manager, she came out of the kitchen with biscuits, ( I am gluten free) And said there’s no sign of your order if you’d like I’ll cook it as fast as I can and send it out. No reference to offer us a discount or anything else so we left wouldn’t advise anyone to use this restaurant!! If I could give them a zero star in a second!!

I usually don't have anything bad to say about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store restaurant but unfortunately my visit yesterday on Thanksgiving day there seemed to be a slight problem with communication to their guests and employees. We entered the restaurant and were seated fairly quickly, after the waitress came over to the table she informed us that they were only serving a Thanksgiving dinner period end of point when I asked about having breakfast or anything else on the menu I was told they were not making anything but Thanksgiving dinner so she asked the manager to come over and speak with us which he did and he apologized because he said that the girls either at the door or at the hostess station we're supposed to be telling guests that only a Thanksgiving meal would be served. So he apologized and then told us that the only other options available after having to ask many times was meatloaf or chicken n' dumplings. He also stated that he would go and chat with his employees about letting guests know about the only option being served but while waiting for my meal to come out I watched as the hostesses sat six different parties of people and I watched as the waitresses were telling the guests that the only thing being served was Thanksgiving and all but one party got up and left the restaurant which led me to the conclusion that the employees at the door and hostess station were still not informing guests even after being spoken to, really? When our chicken and dumplings came out they were at best room temperature...
