Phoned in order for pick up next day, so it would be ready for pick up since we had a scheduled time to deliver the meal.Arrived to pick up this evening at requested5p pick up time and no one knew what was going on. After repeating the order to 3 different people no one could locate the order. They then decided to make a new order. New order was out in about 20 mins which is record time for CB. Cashier/mgr? did discount the order (thus the 3 stars and not 1)and stated that on line order would be best. Maybe I'll try that if there is a next time.
