Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores are pretty "cookie-cutter" and if you've been in one you pretty much know what to expect. Cracker Barrel locations are pretty consistent location to location and are a fairly reliable place to stop for lunch or dinner. At this particular location, our waitress was very good but the kitchen was very sloe. The food was typical Cracker Barrel - good but nothing to write home about. The food can best be described as "comfort food" - it's generally along the lines of home cooking -- nothing exceptional. As I said earlier -- the good thing about Cracker Barrel is that they're generally consistent from location to location.
