This is not a commentary on the Alcoa store... It's a commentary on cracker barrel corporate. They do not offer veterans discounts, nor do they offer senior discounts. After being informed on an online article that they offered vets a 20 to 30 percent discount. The manager informed me that corporate discontinued that... As well as the senior discount. If Cracker Barrel is more concerned with profits than respecting their elders or the soldiers who protect their freedoms then they don't need my money. I recommend all veterans and senior citizens find another restaurant to spend your hard earned money at.

Promptly seated. Orderd food. Order was wrong. Waitress had to make multiple trips. Maybe cooks got it wrong. Definitely not up to usual great experience.
