Where do I start. The spicy level of medium was not spicy. They charge you $3.00 for 0.5 oz of melted butter. Why would you charge 3.00 dollars for 0.5 oz of butter. It was a hell naw for me!!!! Never will I come back because the food was not worth the price they charge for the food. I know people are going up on pricing but 16.00 for 5 medium fried shrimp and some fries really?!!!! I'm okay to pay for quality food but this ain't it. The staff is nice though!

My all time favorite place to get seafood and I come from Dallas! Viet-style seasoning on crawfish is good but what's even better is the salt & pepper blue crab. The flavor is so so good. I have tried plenty of salt & pepper dishes but it cannot be compared to this gem. And try out their Chanh Muoi drink (salted lemonade) It's the best and so refreshing! My service has been okay every time but I noticed other servers are more attentive. The food would come out one by one and it probably took 40 min for all my food to come out. But still 5 stars for the food!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! What irks me is if you mess up, just own up to it and make it right. I went to Crawfish & Noodles with some friends for dinner. One friend ordered calamari (simple enough right) and they forgot to put in the order. He waited an hour and a half while everyone ate and he never got his food. He reminded the waiter twice and after assuring him it's the next order coming out, he still didn't get it. That's not even the worst part. My friend ended up finally getting his calamari in a to-go bag because we got fed up with waiting. When trying to explain the situation the manager, who was clearly under qualified for his job, he snatched the food away and said, "If you don't pay, you don't get the food," My friend hadn't made a decision on that and was trying to explain the situation. A third member of the party stepped in and tried to further explain the situation and the manager got even more rude with our party. At that point we were fuming because the "manager" in the hospitality industry isn't being very hospitable. This whole scenario ruined Crawfish & Noodles for me and if management's attitude is poorer than their wait staff, then some changes need to be made.
