I really want Crooner's to be great. The venue is lovely and in a great location, the atmosphere is great, and the menu selection is spot on for what our town lacks. That being said, I have been there multiple times, and each time there has been at least one catastrophic fail. Service is often an issue, but what is worse is that you cannot depend on the quality of the food. (Either in flavor, preparation, or ingredients.) It kills me to say it. Because our town needs a Crooner's as it should be.
