We got a LIVE medium sack of crawfish. They were very clean, the staff was friendly even when super busy! My only con is that we paid for a medium sack and there were TONS of tiny crawfish,babies! Otherwise we were happy.

I went to D&T on Good Friday and bought a bag of crawfish so my wife and I could do a mini crawfish boil. Since there was only the two of us, due to COVID 19 self isolation, they sold us a smaller 15lb bag. Due to unforseen circumstances, the crawfish were ruined that evening. I went back the following day and they were all sold out of the crawfish but were expecting a truck later that day. They apologized and said the truck would be there in a few hours and they would hold a bag for me. There was no need for the apology and I said I would come back in a few hours. However, one of the employees found another 15lb bag and sold it to me. The crawfish were medium, but most were a "huge" medium. Every crawfish was alive and fresh. I highly recommend them and will be going back for alligator meat this week

Amazing crawfish! Best Crawfish I’ve ever tasted. We got some last night for Valentine’s Day and even had a little sticker poem on the bag. ???? They were so delicious and boiled perfectly! The girls at the window are so sweet, too!

Picked up boiled crawfish and a combo tonight. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, just melt in your mouth good. Prices always reasonable. Have been going there for years. ????

Best Crawfish we have ever gotten !!

We got a sack of medium crawfish from you guys yesterday. Well worth the drive from New Iberia. The price was great and the crawfish were much bigger than we expected! Definitely more like med/large than just medium! We will certainly be back!

They reserved a sack for us for $2 a lb. We came back the next day for our order and they increased it to $3 a lb without notice. Shady business, don't waste your time.

We have always purchased our sacks of crawfish from here that is until yesterday! We called day before yesterday to reserve a sack for yesterday, she said they would be ready for 12.... So yesterday we called at 11am before driving all that way, and she confirmed that they will have them for 12, so we let her know we would be there a little after 12:30 because we were going to stop and get everything we needed. Well..... we get there and she tells us they don't have them to come back after 5!!!! Now there were sacks stacked, when asked what those were for she well said those or reserved sack!!! ???? Did I miss something there? WE RESERVED A SACK!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! We will give someone $150 for a sack before I ever step foot in that place! ????

Absolutely without a doubt hands-down the best to go crawfish. Love the staff and how fast they are the seasoning is perfect.

Wouldn't recommend, full of shells and debris, kind of ruins your meal when your crunching on shells. (Peeled crawfish)

Ordered 2 small sacks for easter weekend and they were actually not all small & of good size. Employee are very nice only bad thing is sacks were full of thick mug sticks and twigs. My first time ordering they weren’t as bad. Will order again!

Very disappointed with the crawfish we picked up today for Easter. All 3 sacks were small not at all what I thought we would get when we asked for medium. I understand it’s Easter and they are in high demand I just wish when distributing they would have been more of a mix of more medium and less small. When we paid our deposit and the remaining balance this morning I didn’t pay for the small. I wish y’all would have been more fourth coming with the actual size when we picked up today. We will not purchase from D&T again.

Only because I HAD to give them a star! Maybe 2.5 pounds of not “nice size mediums” the rest were full of mud and grass. Ordered 2 sacks of medium pick them up got home to boil the put the purging. When o dump the sack they were mixed. So I got charged for medium crawfish paid for it and they were straight run. Don’t worry won’t be back.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. We got a sack of crawfish for $150 last weekend that tasted completely like diesel. We didn’t even eat 5 pounds. The owner told us to bring in the tag and she couldn’t refund our month, but she would give us another sack free whenever we were ready. So today, we call to get our sack...

I usually don't write these but I noticed the recent bad reviews and figured that that people need to know that I had absolutely ZERO issues with my crawfish. Bought 27 pounds of crawfish and didn't have issues with a single one of them. Crawfish were perfect, and the price was perfect. The only issue I had was finding the place, but that is google maps fault because they list you guys as across the street from the actual building. This place will be my new destination when I need to buy crawfish. Definitely going to buy from them again.

I have been doing business with D&T for two seasons now , I buy on average 300 to 600 sacks @ week with D&T and when buying that amount of crawfish , I have only had a very small problem with dead crawfish ,, and it was do to weather conditions with fog , and crawfish going through a molt (Mother Nature ) my problem with dead was very minor it was only 87 # dead out of over 5,ooo pounds ,, I have been very pleased with this company , and I plain on doing business with D&T for many more seasons to come ,, D&T has provided me with great crawfish , and excellent service ..

Upon yesterday I purchased crawfish from D&T Crawfish located in Abbeville La. I was told the sized would be medium but that was not true. I assumed that this was just a mix up and they would make up for the mistake. I was half correct they did admit to their mistake and also admitted that I was not the only customer this happened to...but they in no way offered to correct it. Now the small crawfish cost $40 a sack and the medium (the one I purchased) cost $70. I am posting this to Warn everyone to please check your crawfish before purchasing from here.. personally I wouldn't purchase from this place at all

D&T came to me highly recommended so I thought I would give them a shot and make the drive from Broussard to Abbeville to purchase live crawfish. I called yesterday (Thursday) to reserve 265 pounds for next Friday. Was told that they only reserve a week in advance. I said okay, that's fair. And asked. So I call back tomorrow? She said yes. I called back today. And told I couldn't reserve until Monday. I must have spoken to two different people. I'll change my rating if I am contacted with what their reserve policy is. Meanwhile I'll continue to look to reserve as I want to make sure I get some!!!!

I've only purchased crawfish from these people once, and I have called them to check prices, and I have had real good customer service. The lady, I presume is the owner, was very patient with my out of state ignorance and excitement at getting a bag of crawfish at such a great price, so I don't really understand all of the vitriol on yelp about her. She is always patient with me on the phone also, even when I call just minutes before closing time.. The crawfish are as fresh as you can get, I watched pickup truck after pickup truck unloading their catch while I was there, and the best prices I've seen in a few years. I had bought a sack of Crawfish from them today. They were suppose to be medium size and they were all the size of my pinky finger. I wonder what there smalls look like!!!

Seriously do not go here. Terrible customer service. I mean beyond terrible. The woman on the phone was soooooo inexcusably rude. This place deserves no stars.
