The service was great on a busy night. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. It's expensive but you get what you pay for.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Do not go here.. find another. You got our money today but you'll never see another dollar of it in the future. What a horrible experience and horrible customer service. First, there were 5 of us and they forced a 20% gratuity on us... guess good customer service doesn't matter as long as there are a couple of you. Everywhere else is 6-8 and it's CLEARLY WRITTEN so everyone knows. Sorry but 5 is not a "party", not by any means. Two of the 5 were children. Second, we went for lunch but one of our so-called "party" wanted shrimp, which was only available for dinner prices so, he ordered it. We figured 1 dinner, 4 lunch... what's the big deal? Well, if one pays for dinner, EVERYONE pays for dinner. This is the little surprise they like to drop on you when you get your bill. So what would have been an enjoyable experience became a nightmare. That's a $90+ lunch... for lunch. I spoke to the manager and with all his de-escalating skills (zero) his great talent managed to muster up the skill to say "It's not my rules, it's the owners. I just have to enforce them." Really? Surprises on your bill are the rules that you enforce? Anywhere else I have ever been, if there has been the slightest hint at something not right, the server (not the manager) bends over backwards to fix it or comp it. Not here.. they want your money. All of it...

Alright KBBQ still yields a pretty good product, but D92 is not at the top of my KBBQ hierarchy. Was seated quickly, but it took a little bit for someone to set up our table. Getting meats cooking took even longer. I asked for Japchae noodles which I knew would be extra, but it was barely half a cup of noodles. Even worse, the noodles had a bit of an off, metallic flavor to them. They use a smaller grill plate that has compartments for Cheese/Corn, Egg/Onion, and then a third component they had some mushrooms in. The grill isn't below these compartments, while cooking the juices ran off into the Egg/Onion... which we weren't going to eat anyway. The Corn/Cheese mix was good though. We asked for Soy Sauce Chicken, Bulgogi, Spicy Pork Belly, and Ribeye to start. We got Brisket, but no Chicken. We wound up getting chicken later, but this took a while. I also wound up dropping my metal chopsticks because I am a moron, and it took a while for them to replace them after I asked. Probably the weirdest portion of the meal was when a guy who seemed to be the manager came over, and essentially cooked the food for us. As he chopped the food, he used the side...
