Food was not great. Was truly expecting more with some of the reviews. Eggs benedict was over cooked…solid egg yolk. Lemon ricotta pancakes was subpar. It had a bitter after taste and a little saltness to finish off the flavor. Not sure if they were having a off day with the food. No complaints about the service.

I have been coming to the daily treat restaurant for a few years and 8 out of 10 times its very good. I'm surprised the stars are so low for most of the reviews. Its a solid place if your looking for quality simple food. I recommend the pancakes, highly recommend the cheese fries, grilled veggie wrap, and veggie burger. Again I dont come here for a fancy or special meal. In the summer its nice to sit and eat outside. Great for breakfast or lunch.
