SLOW service one car in drive thru takes you longer than when you go to Dairy Queen in Willoughby and there's 10 people in drive thru

Absolutely terrible service. Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only one car ahead of us. When we finally did pull up, no one came to the window to take the money or give us our order. I finally drove away. Won't be going here again.
