Older lady at the window is always rude. I didn't receive some of my food and what I did get was incorrect. Haven't eaten here in a while because of the rude employees... Won't be back.

Waited in drive through for 20 min just to pull up to the mic and hear the staffs entire conversation. Had to pull up to the window to order. Different lady was at the window than the mic. She was nice but it was her first day and she had no idea how to make my blizzard and nobody there to teach her.

All the pricing wrong. Everything’s been discontinued, ask about your receipt the lady at the window just makes an ugh sound then shuts the drive through window. Wearing light blue Jean jacket at 11:10 am on 12/16/21. Last visit to this establishment. Letting all my colleagues know as well.
