Simply awesome! Patient and helpful service, go out of their way! This was our first time at DQ grill & chill, we came thru the drive-thru, weren't sure what to get. The guy who took our order gave us time and even made recommendations. Afterwards, when they brought the food to car, it was with demonstrated care and they provided extra napkins, ketchup, and sauces. It was 5-star experience for sure! Great job, guys!

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have never been treated so badly as I have than this Dairy Queen in Aliso Viejo! The evening manager is a TOTAL JERK and should not be in the restaurant industry! I am a frequent customer of Dairy Queen and I went to use my points for my purchase tonight. When I got to the drive thru window the girl that was helping took my phone and scanned my points but I tried explaining to her I was redeeming points but unfortunately she didn't scan my points correctly and that caused an issue.
