This Dairy Queen is absolutely the worst. Every time I go here the Blizzards are soup. The staff are so inept. They obviously don't care about the quality of their food at all. You can tell that they're used to complaints because they are SO dismissive and SO rude. Kristyna L. was the name of the person who served me today and though they said they they would refund me on the phone refused to assist me at the window though I explained to them I did not have the ability to come in. Please! Go around the corner to Handles so you can have some good ice cream.
