Purchased a small cake and the price has gone up drastically but I couldn’t pick out anything bc of closed dinning room and she offered no selection to me when I said I wanted green she said they didn’t have that however I saw one in the window so they ended up getting it… I asked for gel around the edge ( without any other customers in line) she walked out to my car and without adding anything...

This is the closest Dairy Queen location to where I live. I have been here many times and Im always disappointed. I was in the service industry for a decade and can't seem to understand how the service is so bad. Anytime anyone mentions Dairy Queen I can't help but mention my experiences here. Long waits, rude staff, and melted ice cream after waiting so long.
