If it wasn't for their legendary soft serve, it would be out of business. Let's be honest. Food is average at best. That goes for all, dairy queens. Generally, the staff is very young and inexperienced and under supervised. Oftentimes, it's amazing they get done what they can do, but then again, we are talking ice cream, and it's worth the wait; if not, I'll have yours.
