Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Ashburn

My car was in the shop one store over and my daughter was hungry and wanted ice cream too. So we walked to DQ. The doors said drive thur only? But us not having a car I knocked on the window. The young lady at the window put up her finger one minute and took the person on the headset and called someone. This other nice lady opened the door for us and I said thank you so much are car is in the shop. I had no idea they closed the dining room at 5. But she was nice enough to let us in. We ordered and got our food but they didn't give was a cup holder or spoons. After that the two young girls pretty much ignored us and I was too scared to stay and eat inside since it was closed and I felt unwant...

I've went everyday since Friday an my orders just keep getting worse very dissatisfied

This Dairy Queen was disgustingly filthy!!! We stopped here because it was always one of our sons favorite Dairy Queen's because Of the large cow out front. We were disappointed that the cow is now gone but even more disappointed with cleanliness or lack of cleanliness at this restaurant. The front door was so dirty you could barely see through it. Every trash can was overflowing! The sinks in the bathroom  looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. After we left my husband and I are praying we don't get sick from the food!! If the kitchen follow suits with the rest of the restaurant we may be in trouble. The only positive I can comment on is the cashier was very friendly. The manager /owner should be embarrassed to be running an establishment in this condition.
