Was not sure what to expect.... I had heard really great things about this place!! They had so many interesting things on the menu, it makes it hard to decide what to order. You definitely need to go back to try everything. Our waiter was the absolute best. He was so much fun and joked around with us a ton. Everyone who worked there was so welcoming.

Went on a Saturday around 7:30, and they were pretty busy. Took at least 5 minutes just to find someone to put our name on a list. We were able to sit at the bar and get a drink, and the bar tender was super great, so that helped. Waitress was not great, but we were able to catch the owner who recommended the brussel sprouts, truffle fries, garlic bread, and chicken. All of the food was really good. The chicken is double fried, so it's nice and crispy. The owner is really nice and very passionate about what he does. It was great to hear his recommendations.

Finally had the chance and hankering to pay a visit to Dak & Bop. The first thing of note is the general clean appearance of the spot, which is of course expected but is always pleasant, and their huge COCK (see pics lol). They have happy hour offerings every day it seems, so we indulged in chicken bao buns which were quite a satisfying precursor to our meal! After that, two words: curry fries ! This hearty dish we got to share and still had leftovers between the two of us. The fries are something that you never thought you needed in your life that after you have you won't be able to do without! Btw, be prepared for things to get slightly messy: most dishes are sauce based so things can sling if you know what I mean! I tried their original Dak (chicken) sandwich and it was huge!!! The chicken is fried in a more delicious rendition of Long John Silver's fish better which gives it an irresistible crunch and the slaw sauce and pickles really bring the flavor. We also tried wings: the Korean chili wings bring a nice slice to the party! The Parm truffle wings, however, were all Parm with very little if any truffle. I advise you to steer clear of them. Altogether this was an enjoyable experience in spite of us over ordering, and, with a menu including quite a few more things I'd like to try, I'll be back!
