Long time Sicily pizza customer and Dan's pizza customer, been following Dan since he worked at Jake's. Sadly, i am let down by the mont location this evening for poor customer service all the way around. It will be a very long time, if ever, before i come back. Good place but i can go elsewhere and get my pie or sandwiches, at least i get them and half my order isnt cancelled when i get my pie... Of which they forgot or never made to start with. Said to give 45 minutes and when i showed up it wasnt ready. Then as i got my pie i asked where my foid was? To a response of oh that was cancelled. As i get a text while waiting in the car an hour later. Now to find dinner because they botched it... Let down to say the least.

Placed an order online to be picked up in 45- an hour. Get there an hour later and they said our pepperoni pizza wasn't ready and it would be 10 minutes. They bring out the pizza but not our other item. When I asked about it, I was told that they cancelled it because they didn't have ingredients. Probably something you should have said when I came in the first time. Instead they sent a text message that I didn't receive until after we got our pizza. This place should definitely work on their customer service...

Dan's always serves up crisp and delicious pizza, plus quite a huge variety of other Italian style foods and appetizers if you want something to go with your pie.
