I heard about this "wagen" when reading about a future visit to a street fest near me. I suddenly had a hankering for a brat, and immediately sought out das wagen. A quick look at their website showed me where das wagen was, and off we went. They seem to gravitate to beer places (makes sense)... I got a currywurst, and it was quite good. Not swimming in curry sauce, and the sausage was excellent. Payment is quick and easy (they had a Square at the time, and also take cash), and they give one of those vibrating doohickees to let you know when your order is ready. Quick, friendly service. Very good experience overall, and will seek them out again.

I had a delicious Cheese and Jalapeno Brat. It was served on a great, fresh artisan bun. There are a variety of condiments which are all homemade. The owner is very friendly and the customer service was fantastic.
