Very good, always behind but worth the wait

The pizza was good but the ordering process was honestly not great. Maybe it was an off night, but they weren't friendly or anything while ordering and when we went in to pick up, they said the order was ready and went to grab it but the person came back without it and asked what we needed again... just odd. Then it took 10 more minutes to find our order, be reminded of our side items that were forgotten the first time around, and finally get out of there. It's too far out of our way to bother with since this was the way our first experience went. Hopefully it was a bad day and you have a better experience. Worth a try if it's close to you.

Hung up on me after I requested a refund and cancelation of order due to it taking twice as long as expected. This was after I had to wait 15 min for the manager to come to the phone. I had to call back and ask if the order had been canceled after the call was abruptly ended. The staff didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. Don't think I'll be giving anymore business to Dattz pizza.
