Authentic Asian food is very rare in the Spokane area. I ordered D'bali for delivery on Saturday.  I almost didn't order it because when I put my order in for delivery through Treehouse Delivery's the estimated time to be delivered said two hours. Thankfully once I put my order in it was only like an hour. I have been hearing and reading so many great reviews about D'bali Asian Bistro. So it was time for me to support local and try them out. I ordered the boat noodle soup, garlic chicken, Kalbi short ribs, beef Nasi Goreng fried rice, and a slice of mango cheesecake. At first when the delivery came the different aromas of all the food was strange. It was a mixture of sweets, garlic, and the spices from the boat noodle soup. I had never had boat noodle soup before, apparently it's like the cousin of pho. The soup had the same pho noodles, meatballs, and herbs. But the broth. The broth is so flavorful, so flavorful that I need to try more to pinpoint the flavors. It doesn't taste like a beef pho. I can't describe it. But if you love pho, you would love the boat noodle soup. It's different from pho, so if your expecting pho broth, it's not. Our favorite is...
