Being the 1st official customer at a restaurant is kinda cool. We were invited to the soft opening of De Dao Hunan Style Tapas . I have to tell you that I was very impressed with the concept and the fact that everything is made from scratch including all their noodles! The ribs were so good I wanted a bucket of them. Everything was made fresh to order and good flavors and tasty. It's kind of like a Chinese version of Chick Fila and has a drive thru too. The menu is small with a good selection including boba milk tea. I think the concept would make for a good franchise. The kitchen is open and the food came out relatively fast. Keep in mind they just opened so please be patient if they are busy. @Frances Tsang is awesome. She was so sweet and hospitable. We will be back. Go give them a try and tell them I sent you.
