This place is so gorgeous but I didn't rate it 5 stars because it's incredibly expensive. I've been to lots of fancy bars in New York/LA/etc. but honestly these cocktail prices at Deep Dive are really charged at a premium even compared to those bars. On the bright side: loved the insanely long drink selection. The fact that their drink menu has a table of contents is pretty cool, and their drinks all seem super interesting and fun to try. This spot is super flexible as well. I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu, so I told the waiter my preferences and he literally gave me a new drink to try that was specific to my tastes. It was a great experience and I really liked my drink (as well as my friend's drink). The place is also so pretty. I love the dark interior, the decorations, and really everything about the design of this place. The service here is wonderful, and of course, ambience is really great. It's located at the Amazon Spheres which is overall a really nice spot to visit. I'd check it out, but be warned of the prices...

I was in town for work and a co-worker of mine decided to check this place out. First thing to note, if you're not paying attention you will miss it. It's in the base of the spheres on the opposite side from the grassy area. We got there on a Thursday night and there was a 35 minute wait. We decided to go grab a drink and snacks nearby to wait and our table was ready almost exactly 35 minutes later. Deep Dive has a nice ambiance, dark wood walls, bell jars filled with art pieces and other things as well as curiosities on the wall. The drinks we had were good, but a little bit expensive. We had some additional snacks here too and they were good and also expensive, probably more than they were worth. All in all a good place to go for...

We took a deep dive into bad service, mediocre drinks and overpriced food!!! My husband and I decided to spend our anniversary night in seattle. We are both Architects and the fact that this restaurant was designed by a local architect was very appealing to us. We got there on a typical rainy seattle night. I had tried to make a reservation but they don't accept reservations! We arrived and although there were some empty seats the manager told us that it will be a 15 minutes wait. All good, I don't have an issue with waiting a little but they told us we need to wait outside!! I told them I'm fine standing in the hallway since it's pouring out. About 10 minutes later the manager told me we can sit at the bar and once I told him we would rather sit at a table they finally sat us down, mind you this table was empty the whole time we were there!!! The waitress came over and took our drink order. Once she brought the drinks we ordered a $20 hog dog. It was mediocre at best but we made the best of it. She didn't check on us anymore till we asked for the check. She dropped off the check and left and never came back. My husband had to go to the bar to pay the check!!! I left a note on the receipt "maybe better service next time". I normally don't do that but honestly at that point I was so disappointed with the service that I thought some feedback might help. Well we left and the manager called me. Not to ask about what went wrong but to scold me!!!! He didn't even want to hear what went wrong! I ended up hanging up on him when he started telling me that I should've been an ADULT about it and talk to them directly!!! Are you kidding me?!!! I'm speechless after this experience! We get better se...
