Paula and I were in Blue Hill for a meeting and decided to have dinner beforehand. Not sure where to go we drove by Arborvine/DeepWater Brewing Company and decide to give it a try. Paula had the Fish & Chips which included a huge piece of perfectly fried haddock, extremely tasty fries, and slaw. I opted for ne of the specials; Salmon with Mushroom Risotto and greens. The salmon was superb. I am not normally a huge fan of risotto. I’ll eat it but don’t seek it out. This rissoto was excellent the amount of mushrooms and flavor, wonderful. I also enjoyed DeepWater Brewings interpretation of a Weiss beer and a Mocha Caramel Flan for dessert. We will be visiting Arborvine again.
