Del Taco in Placentia

The customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced with any Del Taco locations - I pulled up to the drive-thru around 8:15am, I waited about 3 minutes before I said "hello" no response after a minute or so, then I get a young guy's voice and he said "can I help you", I said I thought you were closed and no reply, I asked for my items and the guy goes silence again, I asked if he got my order and no reply, waited a moment and I said "Hello, did you get my order" he then says with an attitude "I got everything", I said "thank you". Obviously I didn't get a total, I pulled to the window and see this older man fixing the headset, he took the order of the car behind me and got the drink ready, went to the computer to take the next car's order and I kept waiting to see if he would open the window so I can pay for my order and nothing, I DROVE OFF! Thanks to Del Taco unhappy employees I was late for work since I had to stop by at Farmer Boys to get my breakfast. Del Taco a simple suggestion as a frequent customer, trained your employees to say "can you please give me a moment" or "can you hold a moment" or repeat the order to assure to the costumer that the employee got the correct order.

I came during night shift at 3:53 and the guy taking my order had terrible customer service and my burritos were so thin and filled half way, I don’t know what’s with the guys attitude but either he has to change it or relocate him because I am not coming back as long as he’s there, or at least not during his shift.

This is my favorite Del Taco location. Food is consistent and quick, and open 24 hours!
