Delish Ethiopian cuisine is only located about 20 minutes walking distance from our home. My beautiful girlfriend says she loves Ethiopian food as does her daughter. I tried to be open-minded and go with her but it was next to Impossible for me to consume their food. She loved it, it was extremely flavorful and exactly what she wanted. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by the cousin of the owner, I think his name was Kaaba but not sure. He guided her through the menu and helped her make her take out choice. After that he gave us a very interesting story about his road to becoming a u.s. citizen. Before we knew it, our order was ready...
