This is a review on curbside pickup only. I have never had issues when dining in.This is my first time using curbside here. I followed the instructions on the website, got there when I was supposed to (a little early), parked where I was supposed to park, and had given a description of my vehicle when I placed the order. No one ever came out with my order. I finally called the restaurant and it took several minutes to find my order. I asked the young lady who finally brought out my order what the delay was. She said they were waiting for me to call to let them know I was there. I informed her that the website asks for a vehicle description but does not specify to call. Other curbside pickups I have used have a telephone number on the parking sign but Denny's did not.Probably as a result of the delay, the food was only luckwarm, plus the special instructions were not followed (the bacon was limp instead of crispy and the extra gravy was missing).Very disappointing.
