After a long day having nowhere to go and I could only spare the $3 in my pocket. I walked into this Denny's and said to the manager Malik that I'm looking for a hotel for the night and just need a place to make a few calls to get off the street.He agreed and I sat down to make my calls only a few hours later to yell at me and say this is not a hotel you buy food then leave I told him I was willing to spend my last few dollars with him but he didn't want to hear it and yelled at me to leave.It's a shame that you have such a mean person in charge of nice people.The irony is not even a block away the IHOP was kinder to me when entering the door than Malik was the entire time I was at Denny's.
