So we expect the service to be slow. It's always slow but the food is always excellent and drinks are reliable. Oh no. Tonight. We waited over an hour for our food. One plate was brought out. Chicken was luke warm. Fries. Not even warm. Then came the next plate and the fries were cold. Fridge cold. Nachos came next and when she "poured" the cheese onto the chips it came out as one solid piece of cheese. It had already hardened. We then asked for new nachos to come with the other order we were still waiting on and asked a second time for water. At an hour and a half we saw the waitress on her phone and that was it. We got up and Walked out. Told them we wanted our check as we couldn't even get a glass of water in an hour and a half. We brought guests from out of town here and we were so embarrassed. The owner needs to go in there and get this place straight. So disappointed.

We sat down and waited over 20 minutes to be greeted.  Two waitresses passed us several times and didn't acknowledge us nor offer us an option to order.  Several groups walked in after us and they were served within 5 minutes of walking through the door.  Could've been racially motivated.  That's exactly how it felt.  But good luck on your visit!

Desert Valley Brewing Company Overall Rating 8.16/10 Food Presentation 8/10 Atmosphere 9/10 Food Taste 9/10 Service 8/10 Value 7/10 9-16$ per plate For more of our restaurant reviews check our Instagram @feliceyjonathan Felice appreciated the large selection of hard ciders and enjoyed a flight consisting of black cherry, pear, peach and pineapple. Black cherry was her favorite. I started with a brut IPA which was pretty freaking great. We also noticed several flavored spirits but didn't feel like getting wasted on this occasion so we took a pass and proceeded to suck down some amazing burgers. We split the "18 hour burger" and the "Mac attack". The presentation on the mac burger was awesome and Felice preferred it over the 18 hr. I thought the 18 hr was bursting with flavor and liked it a bit more than the Mac. The portobello mushroom fries were insanely good and a great change from your average fry. Service was friendly but our ticket was lost,  causing our meals to be delayed approximately 30 minutes. The bar tender threw in a free round of drinks to compensate for the inconvenience which we gladly accepted. This is a great place to sit back and watch a game while enjoying great food and a good atmosphere. We will definitely be back. #fatcouple #foodphotography #foodporn #macburger #newmexicotrue #albuquerquebreweries #foodie #albuquerquefoodies #albuquerquefood #yelp #feliceyjonathan #yelpreview #desertvalleybrewing @desertvalleybrewing
